Christoph Reinwald completed studies in biotechnology as well as biotechnological quality and risk management.

He further enhanced his academic background with a postgraduate program at the University of Vienna, focusing on regulatory and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry with AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals GmbH, where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role he was responsible for key areas across the pharmaceutical value chain – from development and manufacturing to quality assurance.

In addition, Christoph Reinwald has been serving as a Qualified Person under EU GMP Guidelines, with extensive expertise in regulatory, process-related, and quality-related matters – particularly in the area of complex manufacturing and release processes. As Managing Director of Complex Pharmaceuticals GmbH, he now applies his extensive experience to build a high-performance, flexible and future-oriented production company, investing in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

His focus is on developing modular production structures, ensuring the highest quality standards and strengthening the security of supply in the European healthcare industry.
